Project Objectives Quantifiable Deliverables
Comparative assessment of the grazing pressure on the yield of Yartsa Gunbu. Data on impact of anthropogenic pressure on Yartsa Gunbu habitat sites.
A comparative study of the potential of crude hot-water extract of the selected Cordyceps species for their pharmacological effects. Phamacological and bio-active compounds in Yartsa Gunbu quality from Uttarakhand.
Broth as well as solid culture of selected Cordyceps species. Culture of Yartsa Gunbu.
Awareness campaigns, through organization of the stakeholders’ representatives, at least twice, and before the harvesting season.
